چکیده
This work evaluated the effects of water salinity on physiological indices in inoculated and non-inoculated peanut plants. The study was carried out a protected environment at seedling production unit (UPMA) Campus das Auroras, University for International Integration Afro-Brazilian Lusophony (UNILAB), Redenção, Ceará. experimental design used completely randomized (CRD), with treatments factorial arrangement, 5x2, referring to five levels irrigation - CEa: 0.5, 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6.0 dSm-1, plants mix rhizobia SEMIA 630, lot 0810, 6144, 0312, from Bradyrhizobium sp., isolated, four replications. Recommended fertilization done phosphorus (62.5 kg ha-1 P) potassium (50 K) supply nutritional needs effect caused by symbiosis sp. favored present greater tolerance salt stress. availability nitrogen collaborated increase efficiency plant mechanisms. Uninoculated plants, even higher amount chlorophyll CO2, were not efficient photosynthetic rate. Saline stress affected photosynthesis, transpiration, stomatal conductance, internal CO2 concentration, use efficiency, chlorophyll; however, less intensity when increased leaf temperature.

Physiological Responses of Some Rootstocks and Interspecific Hybrids of Pistachio to Cold Stress under Greenhouse Conditions
Cold is an environmental factor limiting the growth and yield of agricultural crops. To find cold-tolerant pistachio rootstocks, a factorial experiment was conducted at Pistachio Research Center (PRC), Rafsanjan, Iran during 2017-2018. The factors included six rootstocks (Badami Zarand, Ghazvini, Sarakhs, Integerrima × Badami Zarand, Integerrima × Ghazvini and Integerrima × Sarakhs) and four th...
متن کاملPhysiological and Morphological Responses of Almond Cultivars under In Vitro Drought Stress
In this study, physiological and morphological responses of five almond cultivars to drought stress were investigated under in vitro conditions. Plantlets from five commercial almond cultivars (Supernova’, ‘Tuono’, ‘Sahand’, ‘Ferragnes ’ and ‘Shahroud 21’] were established in MS medium containing 0.5 mg per liter BAP and then subcultured in MS proliferation medium containing 1 mg per liter BAP...
متن کاملMorphological and Physiological Responses of Euonymus (Euonymus japonicas) to Exogenous Paclobutrazol under Salinity Stress
Paclobutrazol (PBZ) is one of the most important triazole compounds. This compound increases plant tolerance to environmental stresses. A study aimed to investigate the effects of PBZ on morphological and biochemical traits of euonymus (Euonymus japonicas) exposed to NaCl stress. Plants were treated with three levels of PBZ (0, 500 and 1000 mg L-1) and four levels of NaCl (0...
متن کاملphysiological and Biochemical responses of different sesame (sesamum indicum) genotypes under salinity stress
Sesame seeds are a good source for food and health due to their protein and unsaturated fatty acids and secondary metabolites such as lignans. Soil and water salinity is one of the most important factors limiting the growth of this crop. By examining the physiological reactions related to salinity tolerance among different landraces and cultivars, tolerant and sensitive cultivars can be selecte...
متن کاملThe effect of microbial inoculants on physiological responses of two wheat cultivars under salt stress
Salinity is one of the most important abiotic stresses that limit crop growth and productivity. This study focuses on the effects of different strains of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on the physiological responses of two wheat cultivars under normal and salt stress conditions. The wheat cultivars selected include one which is tolerant to salinity (Kavir) and one which is sensitiv...
